New American Youth Leadership Council (NAYLC) is an initiative launched in 2021 in partnership with NPNA members which aims to expand youth leadership development to grow and sustain the field to advance full inclusion and integration of immigrants, refugees, and all marginalized communities. NAYLC prioritizes engagement of youth from immigrant and refugee backgrounds, and low income families who are often overlooked or don’t have access to networks that connect students to educational, vocational, or fellowship opportunities, critical for upward mobility.
