Refuge for Families Campaign

A Humanitarian Response to the Migrant Caravan

National Partnership for New Americans (NPNA), together with the Fair Immigration Reform Movement (FIRM), Alianza Americas and We Are All America launched the Refuge for Families Campaign, a migrant led transnational humanitarian, legal and political response to provide humanitarian and legal support to the Migrant Caravan participants at the U.S. – Mexico border.

Refuge for Families actively supports other humanitarian and legal support efforts. Refugee for Families builds upon core American values of justice and fairness, we believe US and international law supports their right to seek asylum at our border. Emma Lazarus’s poem at the base of the Statue of Liberty proclaims, “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.”

Immigrant families in the Migrant Caravan are not a political prop, they are human beings who need and deserve compassion. Please donate to the Refuge for Families Campaign. Donations to Refuge for Families will support efforts to provide humanitarian relief and immigration legal services for migrant families and asylum seekers.
