As Chief of Staff at National Partnership for New Americans, Emily leads NPNA’s team to drive strategies and programs that defend and empower immigrant communities and build organizational capacity within NPNA’s members and partners. Emily also leads the coordination of the Naturalize NOW Campaign in partnership with community-based organizations, labor unions, elected officials, and legal service providers to expand access to citizenship and voting rights for historically underrepresented communities.
